![]() i have done grand reset and it is not recorded on the ranking system, not only am i affected by this bug but there are also a lot of players who grand reseted and their GR has not been recorded |

Yup the GR bug is known for a while now, Alejin said it'll take time to fix it but also we won't lose progress when they merge the DB's, site DB and game DB as they don't align.
